By using the calendar of events in conjunction with this map you will realise that most events are located near the waterfront of Port Douglas or in the main street.

However, the small sugar town of Mossman is home to an active group of artists and students, who are members of Douglas Arts Base, or DAB. They run a busy exhibition programme, which includes an annual Go Troppo Arts Festival exhibition.

Further inland in the mountains, on the beach or in the rainforest, artists offer fabulous workshops for your enjoyment.
