Our partners - our heroes!Partners in the Go Troppo Arts Festival are absolutely vital to its success. It has been well documented that the three issues which are critical to the success of festivals in Australia and overseas are adequate funding, proper planning and 'people-power', which includes succession planning. This year some of the 'people power' faltered momentarily, worried about the lack of money with which to pay the bills. The festival is run in a very business-like manner and we aim to make a small profit each year so that we may start the year able to pay for advertising, insurance and administration - all the boring, but unavoidable expenses. However, our fabulous partners came to the rescue. Some helped with cash, others with services and expertise, a generous and imaginative offer ... or raffle prizes which will earn us money.
